[Hans Kaspar von] Bothner, [the elector of Hanover's minister at The Hague] to Marlborough: the elector has finally decided to accept the command of the army in Germany. He will take three of his own battalions, and has written to several courts requesting troops. He also wishes his [Bothner's] brother's regiment to serve in Germany at the same rate of pay they receive in the low countries. Dated at The Hague. ff. 659, 660
