  • (m 4) Town of Acklington, manor of Birling, Coquet Island, property in Rothley, Woodhorn Seyton, Ellington, Marden and Alnwick; property in Hart and Westoe, Durham;
  • (m 5) Lordship and forest of Rothbury, Northumberland;
  • (m 6) Property in Wallbottle, Dewley and Butterlaw, two corn mills in Dewley, a slate quarry and coal mines in Butterlaw, property in Newcastle upon Tyne, the manor of Newburn, herbage in Alnwick property in Rugeley and rents and a corn mill in Enysnes.
