At top right, the title is in a fretwork cartouche, surmounted by the arms of Charles Blount, Lord Mountjoy, Lord Deputy in Ireland, within the Garter. Further cartouches in middle base and left lower corner. Scale bar surmounted by dividers, enclosing compass rose; 1 inch to 7 miles. By Richard Bartlett.
