Referring to out relief, the relieving officer of Rumburgh requested some out relief for Stephen Seaman, an able bodied man of Rumburgh. He is a widower with 6 children needing a housekeeper. The board has allowed him half a stone of flour weekly subject to being a special case which is submitted for the sanction of the Commissioners. Stephen Seaman aged 35 years earning weekly 12s.
