Catalogue description Supreme Court of Judicature and other Superior Courts and Tribunals: Notebooks of Judges

This series, which apart from one notebook of 1916 concerning the trial of Sir Roger Casement dates from 1947, consists of a selection of notebooks of judges of the Supreme Court of Judicature containing notes made by them during the course of proceedings in the High Court of Justice, Central Criminal Court, Court of Appeal, Court of Criminal Appeal, and while hearing cases on circuit. The series also includes notebooks of judges of the Restrictive Practices Court and the Patents Appeal Tribunal.
