Description:
Petitioners: Mabel de Surdeval.
Name(s): de Surdeval, Mabel
Addressees: King.
Nature of request: Surdeval requests a remedy as she has appealed in the matter of the plea of divorce between her and Frothingham to the court of Rome a sentence from the court of the official of York that she should live with him pending the plea, following which Frothingham or others in his name have obtained a caption. She requests the remedy as she is not obliged to live with Frothingham before the appeal.
