Court for the Consideration of Crown Cases Reserved: Received Orders of Court
This series consists mainly of certificates from the Court for the Consideration of Crown Cases Reserved in notification of judgments and orders on cases referred to it from the Central Criminal Court.
Also included is a circular letter of 1850 from the court setting out its regulations and a note of the proposed forms of judgment to be entered on original indictments. There is also a list of cases referred from the Central Criminal Court, 1848 to 1852, and a note of their outcome.
