Coin face: much worn across one and one-half quadrants, possibly from rusting then cleaning; bevelled edge. Striking face: one substantial segment missing; fracture extending into shank; other segments missing also, making a most irregularly-shaped head. Height 47 mm. Diameter of coin face with bevel 30.8 mm. Without bevel 28.2 mm.
