Registers of the High Court of Justice in Bankruptcy containing summary details of petitions by or against debtors, estates of deceased debtors, and partnership firms. Until 1886 the registers also contain entries relating to receiving orders.

There are also registers of Edmonton County Court, 1884-1962, Wandsworth County Court, 1884-1962, and Brentford County Court, 1935-1962.

The details recorded include the names, addresses and occupations of the debtors and petitioning creditors and the names and addresses of solicitors.
