Judge Advocate General's Office: Original Submissions
This series consists of submissions to the Crown of proceedings of general courts martial with recommendations to confirm, mitigate, remit or commute the punishment awarded by the court.
The first piece in the series is a bound volume of original submissions by the commander-in-chief dated 1880 to 1882. The remainder are individual submissions by the Secretary of State for War and cover years from 1920 onwards.
